Delivery Policy

Rent Free Gas provide reliable delivery services for welding equipment and supplies across the UK.

Delivery Areas

• Local delivery available in and around Aldershot, GU11 1TG (Served on our own fleet of vehicles)
• Nationwide delivery available for most products (excluding restricted items such as certain gas cylinders).

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
• Local delivery: Next day where available

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery costs are built into the price shown at checkout and are based on order size, weight, and location.
• Local deliveries made on our own fleet of vehicles will be calculated at the checkout, depending on postcode.

Gas Cylinder Deliveries

Due to safety regulations:

• Gas cylinders such as Propane, Butane and Propylene must be transported upright with no exceptions. Other gases may require special handling and delivery arrangements.
• Customers may need to be present to accept delivery.
• ID or age verification may be required where applicable.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 17:00 & Friday 07:00 – 16:00 (excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails:

• The courier may leave instructions for redelivery.
• Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your order upon delivery:

• Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
• We will resolve issues as quickly as possible.
