At Rent Free Gas, we aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy, our returns policy is outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or partially used gas cylinders
- Opened consumables (e.g. welding rods, wire, or chemicals)
- Custom or special-order items
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
- Faulty items may be returned for inspection.
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund where appropriate.
Return Process
- Contact our team to request a return authorisation.
- Securely package the item.
- Return the item to our Aldershot location or via an approved courier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
