Refund & Return Policy

At Rent Free Gas, we aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy, our returns policy is outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or partially used gas cylinders
• Opened consumables (e.g. welding rods, wire, or chemicals)
• Custom or special-order items

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
• Faulty items may be returned for inspection.
• We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund where appropriate.

Return Process

1. Contact our team to request a return authorisation.
2. Securely package the item.
3. Return the item to our Aldershot location or via an approved courier.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
